This product is oil liquid,belong to semi-synthetic micro emulsive cutting fluid,consist of mineral oil,lubricants,anti-rust agent,organic surface active agent and other additives.Suitable for processing cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel, copper alloy, aluminum alloy, and is widely used in all kinds of machine tools, machining center of cutting, grinding process. Liquid supply for single machine and concentrated supply for central cooling system

Instructions:

1,Recommended concentration:cutting:1:10~1:20; grinding: 1:20~1:25,Use concentration can be adjusted according to processing requirements 
2,Use new fluid method:before using the new liquid,clean the storage tank and piping circulation,with 1%~2% concentration diluent (and adding bactericide ),at last add the productt evenly circulation can be used 
3,Tank liquid supply or maintenance: when need supply tank need supply,should add water with corresponding percentage of original solution
4,Working liquid should be kept clean and ventilated, timely remove iron and oil and other impurities 
5,If machine downtime for a long time,should air circulation
